How long will it take to process and ship my ?

Shipping and processing is 3-7 business days for payment clearing purposes once payment has cleared with your bank items ships.

If color services are requested please allow the alloted time for that sevice which is typically 3 day service

For customized wigs please allow 5-10 business days for construction

We utilize USPS Priority Mail, International shipping is 3-5 business days via UPS, USPS or Fedex.

We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
Please keep in mind during holiday season shipping is slight delayed based on shipping destination

Here are some updates We received from USPS.

🚨HOLIDAY PEAK SEASON🚨

USPS DELAYS: The US Postal system is experiencing some extreme delays in delivering packages and system updating. These delays are out of our control. Be aware this means after your package has shipped, tracking may show that your package has not moved for sometime. It's not unusual to see your packages taking longer then usual to deliver during peak season.

Please be advised delays also include express overnight services. During peak season express services are based on destination and zip code. Although overnight was selected as delivery service USPS will decline one business day shipping subjecting to two business day shipping based on destination. Please prepare to be patient while waiting for you order. We are sincerely sorry for this situation and apologize in advance.

🚨GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY🚨

If you need a wig by a certain day please order in advance just as you would book an hair appointment in advance, especially if the unit requires color or custom construction.

If you need unit ASAP that requires full construction or color there is a $50 rush fee if needed ASAP.

$50 rush fee is for your unit only not shipping coverage. Its your responsibility to pay for the correct shipping to fit your needs.

Color services and construction take 3-4 days to complete if no rush fee is paid. Example if you know you need a unit by Wednesday and you just paid Monday with NO RUSH FEE it will process within our standard processing time.

Bundles and wigs that require no services meaning "as is" all natural black or blonde ship next day.
