How long will it take to process and ship my ?

 Shipping and processing is 3-5  business days for payment clearing purposes  once payment has cleared with your bank items ships.

For customized wigs please allow 5-10 business days for construction

  • Please keep in mind during holiday season shipping is slight delayed based on shipping destination 
  • When ordering a wig please note that units aren’t pre colored each unit is colored as requested when ordering which is a 3days process to color the unit.We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this together.

Customized wig services allows you to have your wig customized to fit your needs. We offer color, bleached knots,styled baby hair and plucked hair line before delivery if needed.

    How long will my Purple Vault hair last?

    Typically 2-3 years with proper care and maintenance.

    Will I experience shedding?

    With our reinforced wefting techniques, ensuring our wefts are very secure you experience little to no shedding. We recommend Fray Check to seal wefts to prevent excessive shedding. When installing extensions, try to refrain from cutting tracks by using the fold over method. When detangling hair, brush hair starting from the bottom to the top to prevent hair from being hair from being pulled out of the wefts.

    Can my Purple Vault hair be bleached or colored?

    Definitely! Purple Vault hair is 100% virgin hair and it can be dyed or bleached to achieve desired color.

    Why did I find a strand of grey hair?

    Being that our virgin is cut directly from a donors head, depending on the donors age it is common to find a strand of grey hair or two. However, virgin can be colored or if you like the natural hair color the grey hair can be easily tweezed out.

    How many bundles will I need to achieve my desired look?

    Purple Vault hair is weighs 3.5 - 3.7 oz per bundle. Our recommended bundle amount are following:

    12"-16" : 3 Bundles

    18"-20": 4 Bundles

    22"-24" : 4-5 Bundles

    24" and longer: 5+ Bundles

    2 Bundles: This is used to achieve a half head and tracks, this ideal if you just want to add a little volume to your natural hair 3 Bundles: this is used to achieve a full head install. This is ideal if you want to cover up your natural hair. 4+ Bundles: this is used to achieve a fuller volume full head weave, this is ideal if you want sexy and glamorous look.

    Side Note: The longer the hair the shorter the weft. This strongly applies to our Signature Straight due to it's full density & weight.  Virgin hair is weighed in ounces, the longer the hair the heavier the hair. Hair weight/density also depends on origin of the hair.

    How can my Purple Vault hair be measured?

    To ensure quality, Purple Vault hair sources hair from multiple sources, which is why there may be variations of lengths on our textures hair and wefts. Some of our textures are measured straight, while others stretched. When ordering wavy hair or curly hair, please keep in mind of shrinkage. Make sure to order up two to five inches to achieve desired look length wise.

    What styling tools can be used on my ?

    Curl Irons, Wands, Flat Irons, and Blow Dryers are okay to use, but keep it minimal to prevent heat damage. Once virgin hair is cut and no longer attached to the scalp, it is no longer able get nutrients it once had to make it healthy in the first place. So you must take extra care of it and keep it moisturized. For luxurious curls try wet sets with perm rods or flexi rods.

    HOW CAN I FIND/TAKE MY MEASUREMENTS? 

    Its easy! All we need is your CIRCUMFERENCE.

    We make custom units to fit exact measurements so it's crucial that they're correct. We recommend taking measurements with your hair as flat as possible, whether in a sleek low bun or small cornrows, so you can get an accurate measurement.
